MIFFLINBURG — A Millmont man accused of illegally filming sexual acts with a 16-year-old girl pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy in Union County Court.On Friday, Clayton Earl Miller, 23, of State Route 225, Millmont, entered the plea in front of Union County Judge Michael Piecuch. The incident occurred between October and December 2022 in Hartley Township.If the judge accepts the plea agreement, Miller would face 24 months of probation. The remaining charges, including felony counts of prohibited sexual acts with a child and producing child sexual abuse material, will be dismissed.A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing date has not been scheduled.Between October and December 2022, when Miller was 19 and 20, he filmed a 16-year-old girl performing a sexual act on him at his residence in Hartley Township, police said.Defense attorney Hank Clarke II, of Lewisburg, represents Miller.The victim approved the plea agreement, according to the district attorney’s office.
