HARRISBURG — A proposed law easily cleared the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on Wednesday that, if ultimately enacted, would allow the governing body of high school athletics the choice of whether to hold separate state playoffs for traditional public schools and schools that have no geographic boundaries.
