HARRISBURG — Attorney General Dave Sunday appealed last month’s majority ruling by an appellate court that Pennsylvania’s Constitution guarantees a fundamental right to abortion and that it’s unconstitutional to exclude coverage under the taxpayer-funded Medicaid program.
