SHAMOKIN — The Northumberland County District Attorney’s Office, Shamokin Police Department, Coal Township Police Department, and the Stonington State Police are offering a 13-day amnesty period before the upcoming warrant round-up for warrants originating from the Shamokin District Magistrate.
