HARRISBURG — Three data center bills proposing to create a moratorium to aid local government, bar nondisclosure agreements in order to qualify for a break on sales taxes, and enact Gov. Josh Shapiro’s comprehensive GRID Standards for facility development each advanced within the Pennsylvania House this week.
