SUNBURY — A Northumberland County judge dismissed all charges against a county inmate and scolded Northumberland County Jail officials in an order released Tuesday, saying jail officials suppressed evidence in a criminal matter after the Coal Township facility administration never searched for documents needed in a felony assault case.
