LEWISBURG — An 18-year-old West Virginia contractor on a job site in East Buffalo Township is accused of threatening to kill his co-worker with a hammer on July 8 and causing more than $7,300 in damages to the victim's vehicle, according to Buffalo Township Regional Police Department.
