LEWISBURG — The Lewisburg YMCA, in cooperation with the Union-Snyder Agency on Aging, Inc., will offer A Matter of Balance, a program for local residents aged 60 and up who are interested in improving flexibility, balance, and strength, and have restricted their activities because of concerns about falling.
