HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Tuesday that he filed a lawsuit against Snap Inc., accusing the social media company of designing its wildly popular Snapchat app to be addictive and failing to protect minors from viewing content suitable for adults.
