HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro again joined a group of Democratic attorneys general in filing a new federal lawsuit seeking to block the U.S. Postal Service from carrying out terms of an executive order from Republican President Donald Trump that would impact mail-in voting ahead of November’s general election.
