Judge dismisses Sandusky's appeal

BELLEFONTE — A senior judge on Tuesday dismissed the latest appeal by Jerry Sandusky, approving the defense’s own motion to withdraw as attorneys shift strategy in an ongoing effort to overturn the child sex abuse conviction against the ex-Penn State football coach.
