HARRISBURG — Drug manufacturers and pharmaceutical middlemen conspired to manipulate insulin prices, artificially raising the cost of the life-saving medication by more than 1,000 percent, according to a lawsuit filed by Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday.
