CHESTER SPRINGS — A newly unveiled strategic plan to support and expand agriculture in Pennsylvania will guide efforts to develop more jobs and expand market access, help new farmers transition into existing farmland and operations, and drive out funding to help with large equipment purchases, the Shapiro administration announced.
