Drug dealer affiliated with rap group sentenced to prison

EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — A Harrisburg drug dealer affiliated with an area rap group was sentenced to over 10 years in prison for drug trafficking and firearms charges.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Wednesday that Anderson Oritz, 24, of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, was sentenced to over 10 years in prison on drug trafficking and gun charges.

U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam says this was the latest sentence handed down to the eight people originally charged in the indictment for running a drug trafficking conspiracy from 2018 to 2020.

Karam says members of the drug trafficking operation were affiliated with a music group called "Never Forget Loyalty" or "NFL" and as part of their operation "NFL" posted videos to YouTube featuring members possessing various weapons, flashing cash, and displaying drugs.
