Officials to make gang presentation to Scranton students

WEST SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Attorneys for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the West Scranton School District will be giving a gang presentation to students in the Scranton School District on Thursday.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, the presentation will be given in person at the West Scranton High School, beginning at 9:00 a.m., located at 1201 Luzerne Street, in Scranton, Lackawanna County.

The presentation will also be streamed to all students in the Scranton School District from grades 7-12.

Attendees are asked to arrive by 8:45 a.m. and to bring a photo I.D. with them to enter the school and the presentation will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the school's auditorium.

Parking will be available on the 12th Street sign of the building, where the softball field is located, and those planning on attending must enter through the main school entrance on Luzerne Street.
