Officials say Ali-White conspired to distribute over five pounds of a substance containing methamphetamine throughout Schuylkill County, and elsewhere.

According to U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam, Ali-White was to receive the drugs through the mail from a supplier in California.

However, investigators say they intercepted the package containing the drug before its final delivery to a location near White's home in Pottsville.
