This is the second year that the Wilkes-Barre Salvation Army is holding this back to school supply give away.
"We have about 100 bags to give away and it came from one donor maximus federal union. People have been very thankful if it wasn't for this donor and this program some people would go without throughout the year.," stated Lt. Ismael Ortiz, Core Officer at Wilkes-Barre Salvation Army.
Within the first 15 minutes, 45 people came to get their free school supplies.
