FRACKVILLE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A SpaceX launch could reportedly be seen from Schuylkill County on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, September 10, a little before 5:30 a.m. the Falcon 9 rocket launched Polaris Dawn to low-Earth orbit, according to the SpaceX website.

The low-Earth orbit launch was caught on camera by Kat Showers in Frackville and can be seen in the video player above.
Polaris Dawn is stated to be a multi-day mission where the crew will attempt to reach the highest Earth orbit ever flown since the Apollo program. SpaceX says they will conduct 36 research studies and experiments during the mission.
