LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been arrested after investigators say he made terroristic threats toward the Lackawanna County Career Technology Center.
Police say they were called to the center Wednesday to investigate the threats.
Traffic backed up on I-81 North in Luzerne County
33-year-old Zaid Altarifi of Wilkes-Barre was taken into custody early Thursday morning and has been charged with making terroristic threats.
