Police stated during the encounter Roche used his maintenance keys to unlock a closet where he took the victim inside and locked the door. In the closet, the victim said Roche had "inappropriate contact with her without her consent," as stated in the release.

Roche was brought in for questioning and officers said his statement matched the victim's allegations.

Roche was charged with indecent assault and harassment. He was taken to the Carbon County Correctional Facility on a $5,000 straight bail.
