SUNBURY, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY — A standoff in Northumberland County has led to three officers getting hurt, according to police.
Police say it all stemmed from an incident on Highland Ave in Sunbury on Thursday, September 19, causing police to respond to a home where authorities say Nathan Lloyd, 37, was allegedly causing a disturbance.
Former president of Wilkes-Barre nonprofit charged with stealing from organization
Officers said they were able to cuff Lloyd after a struggle and that the Sunbury Chief, an officer, a deputy, and Lloyd were all taken to the hospital with injuries.
Authorities say Lloyd faces several charges including assault.
