EXETER, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A tip led to the arrest of an 18-year-old man possessing child sexual abuse material, police stated.
According to the criminal complaint, officials received a CyberTip from an electronic service provider Google that suspected child abuse material.
Investigators have charged 18-year-old Keifer Colin Neil with sexual abuse of children and criminal use of a communication facility.

As stated in the criminal complaint, when investigators arrived Neil immediately told them he knew why they were there and that he was responsible.
Neil stated he is a camp counselor and denies ever sexually assaulting any minor child, as noted in the affidavit.
Investigators say they learned from the interview that Neil would use several different platforms to obtain images and videos of child sexual abuse materials and has been doing it for two years.
