SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Lanes have reopened after the completion of a mural along the President Biden Expressway.
The traffic pattern on the inbound lanes of the President Biden Expressway, at Jefferson Avenue in downtown Scranton, has returned to normal Wednesday morning.
Four seasons of Lackawanna County mural
The mural’s completion took around 15 months of planning and painting.
The art piece represents "The Four Seasons of Lackawanna County".
