TAYLOR, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been arrested after police say he's suspected of assaulting a child in Lackawanna County.
Police say they arrested 82-year-old Roy Trivellin on September 26 at his Taylor home after an assault 10 years earlier.
Victim identified after deadly Pittston Twp. fire
Police say Trivellin admitted to the crime where he assaulted a child back in 2014. The victim is now an adult.
Trivellin faces several charges.
