WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY — Police say a Wilkes-Barre man has been charged with 40 counts of child pornography and other related crimes.
According to a criminal complaint, on September 25, police investigated a CyberTip relating to child sexual abuse material. Police say they found Kevin Ramirez, 28, linked to the accounts relating to the alleged child pornography.

According to authorities, on the morning of October 3, multiple agencies executed a search warrant at Ramirez's home on Oneil Avenue where he admitted to viewing, possessing, and disseminating child sexual abuse materials for three or four years.
Police say Ramirez has been charged with 40 counts of child pornography, 44 counts of disseminating photo/film of child sex acts, and other related crimes.
