WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Could you ask for any better weather for a weekend fall festival?
The Back to the Grind Fall Festival is underway at Wilkes-Barre Public Square.
It is filled with food, live music, and even a scavenger hunt.
More than 50 vendors are taking part.
Over a hundred gathered for Run for Katie event
The three-day event is sponsored by Abide Coffeehouse in Wilkes-Barre and the Abide Foundation a private charitable organization founded to help people who are struggling.
"We wanted a way to help people on a day-to-day basis. There are a lot of organizations out there that help with rent or utilities on a larger scale. We're here so we can help someone get through a rough part of the day or rough part of the week," says Austin Shission co-owner of Abide.
The Back To The Grind Fall Festival continues until 10:00 p.m. Saturday night and resumes Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
