EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — A Stroudsburg man has been sentenced after producing images containing the sexual exploitation of a child.
According to The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, 50-year-old Christopher Horsefield has been sentenced to 25 years of imprisonment, followed by a 10-year supervised release.
U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam stated between November 2022 and August 2023, Horsfield acquired, created, and distributed child pornography including some which Horsefield personally created with minors.

The release says investigators discovered the abuse after investigating inappropriate contact between a minor and another individual, finding communications between Horsfield and the individual on the individual’s phone.
Officials note Horsefield possessed 2,152 images and 218 videos of child pornography on his phone.
