Authorities say the crimes occurred in Wyoming County from August 2021 through February 2024.

Four accused of several retail thefts across NEPA

Donnora Sr. has been charged with the following;

Distribution of fentanyl

Possession with intent to distribute fentanyl

Possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking

Possession of a firearm and ammunition by a prohibited person

The maximum penalty Donnara Sr. faces is life in prison, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.

The Wyoming County District Attorney Joe Peters made a statement about the indictment of Donnora on October 18.

"After an extended and complex undercover investigation, we seized hundreds of deadly fentanyl pills, firearms, and cash from the control and premises of Anthony C. Donnora, Sr.  When we originally served our search warrant and arrested Donnora on state charges, I urged the judge to set $1 million bail and the court agreed with my argument and the defendant remains in the Wyoming County Correctional Facility.  Our strategy was to take Donnora off the streets, seize the cache of fentanyl, guns and money.  But, we didn’t stop our work, but quietly continued our multi-year investigation and this week a federal grand jury handed up an indictment against Donnora's operation.  Additionally, we are moving to forfeit his property in Forkston Township so that if successful, the proceeds from the buildings and land will be awarded to the government and used to fund investigations of other criminal organizations right here in Wyoming County, and beyond."Joe Peters, Wyoming County District Attorney
