SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The suspect in a Scranton death that happened in October 2023 has been found guilty.
William Auriemma was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the death of Richard Hazelton Jr.
Man allegedly assaulted officers after ignoring roadblock
Auriemma was found not guilty of first and third-degree murder.
A sentencing date has yet to be set.
