TUSCARORA TWP., BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police report a man has died after his car crashed into a rock wall.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, on October 8 around 3:00 p.m., a crash occurred on State Route 367 in Tuscarora Township in Bradford County.
Woman dies, car flips after hitting tree
Police say a car driven by Joseph Lisowski, 33, of Laceyville, went off the road, struck a rock wall, continued down into a field, and struck a tree.
Lisowski was pronounced dead at the scene and troopers noted he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
