PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — After a month-long investigation, police say they arrested a man during a drug raid at a Pittston.
During October the Pittston City Police Department’s Special Investigation Unit and members of the Luzerne County Drug Task Force investigated the distribution of crack cocaine and fentanyl from a house on Front Street.
Five accused of T.J. Maxx retail thefts
A search was executed on Friday, November 1 resulting in fentanyl, body armor, cash, and drug paraphernalia being seized.
During the raid, Anthony Nieves, 31 of Pittston, was arrested and charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Nieves was taken to prison on a $100,000 bail.
