Multiple vehicles struck during hit-and-run in Wyoming County

MESHOPPEN, WYOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are searching for a car after they say it was involved in a hit-and-run striking multiple vehicles in Wyoming County.

According to the Tunkhannock Township Police Department, Tuesday morning officers were called to a multiple-vehicle collision at the intersection of State Route 6 and Keiserville Road in Meshoppen.

Chief Kreig of the Meshoppen Borough Police Department says witnesses reported a silver Subaru wagon pulling out from Keiserville Road and leaving the scene after striking the vehicles.

Officers note the Subaru may have damage to its passenger side and it was last seen traveling east on State Route 6 towards Tunkhannock.
