SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man is reported missing in Scranton police stated.
According to the Scranton Police Department, 38-year-old Matthew Tomlin has been reported missing Tuesday after last being seen on October 29.
Search for 17-year-old missing in Scranton
Police describe Tomlin as 5'5'', 180 lbs and he went missing from the Center City area.
