At midnight, after not hearing from Burley-Inners, employees discovered her hunched over on a manlift with her body caught between the manlift and door frame/wall.
A manlift is a machine that lifts workers and/or tools to heights they could otherwise not reach.
CPR was attempted and once EMS arrived, Burley-Inners was pronounced dead.
Through further investigation, PSP determined the victim was working on the security system in the ceiling at the time of the incident; however, it is unclear how the incident happened.
