"I am a mom of five children, so I know the benefits of what I know now, had I known them back then. So I want to be able to go out to other parents and say 'Hey, I've been there but let me show you how you can overcome this' and be that all that they need," explained Dagmar Frias Montolio, program supervisor for P.A.T. at the Catholic Social Services of Wilkes Barre.
Montolio also says while this is the first event, they plan to hold around three a year the next one is planned for March though an exact date has not been set.
