LCTA to offer veterans free rides in Luzerne County

LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A local public bus service is honoring military veterans by offering them a free ride.

Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) will provide cost-free rides on Monday for vets and active military.

All they need to do is show the driver their VA card, and active duty members can show their military ID cards.

The free rides for vets on Veterans Day is a longstanding tradition with LCTA.
