EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — He's a kind, honest person who lights up a room with his sense of humor. In A Little Love, 28/22 News would like you to meet Dalton.
When you need a pick-me-up, 15-year-old Dalton is the perfect person to put a smile on your face. He's always telling jokes and trying to make people laugh.
"Dalton is one of the funniest and coolest kids I've ever met. He has a very big space in my heart and I absolutely adore him," said Permanency Specialist Bailey Blair.
Blair knows Dalton well. She's been working with him for the past two years. She says he has a heart of gold and is a kind, honest person with a ton of compassion.
"His favorite animal is a horse. He's really into going to a horse ranch, going to fairs, and farms that have horses, or petting zoos, like rodeos and stuff like that," Blair explained.
Dalton loves playing cards and games, especially Pokemon. He's also very active and enjoys being outside playing sports.
"I like to do wrestling, football, basketball, soccer," Dalton said.
When it comes to a forever family Dalton is open to just about any dynamic, as long as he can be included as much as possible.

"A family that can teach me how to skateboard. Watch movies, go outside, take trips," Dalton said.
"I think his ideal family would be very compassionate understanding, and just be very open and honest with him. He's the kind of kid, like, if you just talk to him about something, he is very understanding of changes, as long as he knows what's happening," Blair added.
Dalton has big goals for when he grows up. He's eager to please and wants to use his kindness to become a police officer or join the army.
"Because I want to help people," Dalton stated.
"He wants to make people happy. Wants to be that protective, helpful, person in people's lives," Blair continued.
All he needs is a loving family, to help him put those amazing skills to good use.
