BLOOMSBURG, COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police have charged a fourth person related to a shooting in Bloomsburg from the beginning of October.
Police say they used geo-location data from Snapchat to put Elliot Foster D. Wample, 17, of Berwick, at the scene of a shooting in Bloomsburg on October 4.
According to police, around 8 p.m. on October 4 a man was found in the parking lot of Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital with several gunshot wounds. The police later learned the man was shot in a parking lot near Irondale Road earlier that night. That man, Tyler Brown, is also facing charges relating to the incident.

Wample is the fourth person charged concerning the shooting. Police are saying they used cell phone and Snapchat records to connect Joseph Teneyck, Nicholas Jones, and Wample to being in the area of the scene of the shooting.
Wample faces charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and other related charges.
