SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The dust has settled on challenges to hundreds of provisional votes cast in Lackawanna County in this month's election.
From your local election headquarters, the Lackawanna County Board of Elections held a public meeting Thursday on the fate of 449 provisional ballots.
More than half had various errors including some missing the signature of the judge of elections or minority inspector.

In the end, 103 of the provisional ballots in question were counted following the meeting in Scranton.
