EDWARDSVILLE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Local pets can say hello to some sweet new suites.
The owner of Pawtopia Grooming in Plymouth held a ribbon cutting for Pawtopia Suites on Sunday in Edwardsville.
It offers a luxury cat and dog daycare and spa that also provides boarding services.
The owner believes those boarding services will be especially appealing to pet owners worried about locking up their furry friends.
Pawtopia Suites also plans to begin training classes soon.

The owner of Pawtopia says she is looking forward to the change.
"I'm just excited, I love having dogs here, taking care of everyone else's dog, I've had experience with pets since, you know, since high school pretty much, which is like ten years ago, I worked as a vet tech so loved animals, I love taking care of them," said Kaitlyn Littzi, Owner of Pawtopia.
Representative Alec Ryncavage said at the ribbon-cutting that he will be working with the borough to pave Pawtopia's road and install streetlights and security cameras.
These projects may start as early as June.
