SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A construction project in Scranton has been delayed.
Nay Aug Avenue was supposed to close on Tuesday for the Green Ridge Bridge replacement project.
Restrictions on I-81, I-476 for Thanksgiving snow storm
PennDOT officials tell 28/22 News Nay Aug Ave is open and a new date for the project has not been set, sighting weather for the rescheduling delay.
The new bridge is expected to be up by 2026.
