CLINTON TWP., LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police report a driver has died after a two-vehicle crash involving a garbage truck happened on Route 15.
On Friday, November 29 around 5:00 a.m. troopers were called to a multiple-vehicle crash on Route 15 in Clinton Township, Lycoming County.
Police say a garbage truck was traveling on the highway when the driver made a U-turn near the driveway of a house on Route 15. While making the U-turn another vehicle came from the rear of the garbage truck and two vehicles collided, troopers reported.

The driver of the second car, James Haddix, died on the scene due to the injuries he sustained from the crash.
The driver and passenger of the garbage truck were not injured.
