EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — The wintery weather has arrived, and ski resorts have announced their opening dates for the season.
Montage Mountain announced December 6 as the opening day for the 2024 winter season.
Montage Mountain officials state, that with the cold air approaching, they will take advantage of it and pile up the "good stuff" ahead of the season's first turns.

Jack Frost: December 4
Shawnee Mountain: December 6
Elk Mountain: TBD
Ski Big Bear: December 21
Blue Mountain Ski Resorts: December 6
