LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Luzerne County Transportation Authority has announced buses will be operating on snow routes on December 5.

The LCTA CONNECTS microtransit service will operate on roads at the driver's discretion. The microtransit service does not have any fixed routes and therefore cannot give a full list of detailed services but LCTA says pick-ups and drop-offs should be able to be completed.

The LCTA Shared Ride Paratransit Service will also operate at the driver's discretion. You may be called to verify pick-ups.
Note some routes have not changed, and Route 20 - Pittston/Hilldale will not be running at all.
