$5,000 reward in missing case of Phylicia Thomas

LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police continue their investigation into the disappearance of Phylicia Thomas and are offering a $5,000 reward for information.

In February 2004, state police say Thomas finished her shift at the Pump-N-Pantry, she arrived home, and after she went outside. An hour later, it was discovered that Thomas never returned.

At the time of her disappearance troopers stated she was last seen wearing a rust-colored wool fringed sweater, a blue collared polo shirt with "Pump and Pantry" written on it, white pants, gray Nike sneakers, a blue "Pump-N-Pantry" hat, and a homemade necklace.
