Chief Michael Smith of the Delaware Water Gap Fire Department stated that the building was not occupied and there were no injuries at the scene.
Authorities say between five and eight crews responded to the scene.
The Delaware Water Gap Fire Department was the lead department on the scene.
Smith says that a fire engine also caved into the ground because of the amount of water it held and thinness of the pavement it was sitting on.
Officials say that the building is a total loss and the fire started in the back of the building.
Crews were on-scene to tear down the right side of the building because of the fire damage it sustained.
A fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
