MILTON, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — One man is in custody after allegedly assaulting two officers and hitting an individual in the head with a golf club.
According to the criminal complaint December 12 around 4:33 a.m., police were dispatched to an assault in progress in Milton Borough.
Upon arrival, police said a truck was parked in the middle of the street, with the doors open and blasting music.
Police said as they approached the alley they located the victim and 31-year-old Kyle Zimmerman who was attempting to kick in the front door and "uttering" he was immortal and he couldn't die.

As stated in court documents police drew their taser attempting to place Zimmerman in custody and during that time he punched an officer in the head with a closed fist.
Officers say while attempting to place Zimmerman in custody again he began biting, punching, and hitting officers.
Court documents state when Buffalo Valley Regional Police arrived officers were able to place him in custody they found a knife and a Sig Sauer 9mm. Police noted the firearm had a round chamber.
Police say the victim told them Zimmerman struck him in the head with a golf club.
Officials say officers were transported to Evangelical Community Hospital.
Zimmerman has been charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and several other related charges.
