BUCK TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The coroner was called to a two-vehicle crash on Route 115 in Buck Township Tuesday morning.
On December 17, crews responded to a crash involving multiple vehicles around 10:30 a.m. on Buck Boulevard (Route 115) and Blueberry Lane in Buck Township.
Mother charged in death of 1-month-old in Luzerne County
Police stated the crash occurred when one served over the double yellow line and struck a second car head-on.
The driver of the second car, 79-year-old Helen Grube of Blakeslee was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver of the first car was suspected to have suffered serious injuries.
Route 115 was shut down during the investigation.
