How much snow will Pennsylvania get Friday into Saturday

EYEWITNESS WEATHER (WBRE/WYOU) — A clipper system approaching Pennsylvania could bring a few inches of snow to your area.

A clipper system will move into the Great Lakes and Northeast on Friday. The result for us will be scattered snow showers and pockets of light snow Friday afternoon through Saturday.

It will start Friday morning and continue through the afternoon, evening, and tonight. Any steadier light snow will taper off early Saturday morning.

The snow total could be a coating to two inches with a few spots picking up three inches by Saturday morning. There is the potential for slippery spots Friday evening through early Saturday.

The first half of the weekend will be cloudy and windy. A few flurries and snow showers are possible. Sunday will be sunnier, but colder.
