WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say a woman will be facing charges after her home was found "not livable" for her three children.
According to the Williamsport Bureau of Police, on December 18, a Lycoming County Probation Officer checked on 24-year-old Deionne Morton's home on West 4th Street in Williamsport.
During the search, the probation officer said they saw the apartment was "not liveable for three small children living there."

As stated in the affidavit, the home had human feces scattered throughout, no furniture or beds for the kids, and food all over the floors. Police stated small bags containing cocaine were also discovered.
Morton has been charged with endangering the welfare of children and drug paraphernalia.
